Sunshine Tower (GPS: 5.39852, 100.28689) is a mixed development presently under construction in Farlim, Air Itam. Not to be confused with Sunshine Tower in Bukit Dumbar, it is being developed by Crimson Omega Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Suiwah Corporation Bhd. The project is being carried out on the site of the old Sunshine Farlim, behind Fortune Court.

Sunshine Tower comprises a retail podium with four high-rise blocks on top of it. The tallest block will be 38 storeys high. There will be a business hotel, 270 serviced apartment and SOHO units in addition to the retail outlets.

The nearest market is the Farlim Market. The nearest petrol station is the Shell along Thean Teik Road. The nearest schools include Sekolah Kebangsaan Sri Aman, Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Sin Kang and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Air Itam. The nearest shopping centre will be within Sunshine Tower itself. The nearest hospital is the Penang General Hospital.
