Taman Bayu Mutiara (GPS: 5.3454, 100.43709) is a housing estate in Bukit Mertajam. It is located along Jalan Chian Heng Kai, and includes the row of commercial shoplots fronting Jalan Bukit Tengah. Most of the residential properties at Taman Bayu Mutiara are double-storey terrace houses. It was developed in around 2004 when Jalan Bayu Mutiara was created to link Jalan Kebun Nenas with Lorong Belimbing, to emerge at Jalan Song Ban Kheng. Since then, Jalan Bayu Mutiara has been renamed Jalan Chian Heng Kai.

The residences at Taman Bayu Mutiara comprises double-storey link and double-storey semi-detached houses. Right next to it is the Bukit Tengah Industrial Park.
