There are six blocks namely block 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 - not sure whether 4 is skipped over deliberately. These six-storey blocks are equiped with lifts. Blocks 1, 3 and 5 faces Jalan Bukit Gambir, with Block 1 at the junction of Lengkok Nipah. Also located on either sides of Lengkok Nipah are Blocks 2, 6 and 7.Most of the apartment units at Taman Lip Sin have two bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with built up area of between 550 sqft and 600 sqft, and 3-bedroom 2-bathroom units with floor area of 700 sqft. The land is on freehold land.
