Taman Lip Sin Apartments (GPS: 5.34238, 100.29374) are low rise apartments between Sungai Dua and Sungai Nibong, Penang. There are six blocks namely block 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 - not sure whether 4 is skipped over deliberately. These six-storey blocks are equiped with lifts. Blocks 1, 3 and 5 faces Jalan Bukit Gambir, with Block 1 at the junction of Lengkok Nipah. Also located on either sides of Lengkok Nipah are Blocks 2, 6 and 7.
Most of the apartment units at Taman Lip Sin have two bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with built up area of between 550 sqft and 600 sqft, and 3-bedroom 2-bathroom units with floor area of 700 sqft. The land is on freehold land.
Facilities
Facilities are limited to 24-hour security, communal parking and general maintenance.
Taman Lip Sin Apartments are 12.5 km from Komtar. It is moderately far from the city centre but is of ideal distance for those working in the Bayan Lepas area.
Traffic
Traffic along Lengkok Nipah is heavy particular during rush hour and morning time, due to presence of the Super Tanker Market, Super Tanker Food Court and Phor Tay High School.
