Taman Sri Nibong Residents' Association (TSNRA) (GPS: 5.33258, 100.3021) is one of the most active residents' associations of any housing estate in Penang. The association has a community centre located at a corner of the Taman Sri Nibong Landscaped Recreational Park. When the building is not being used for association meetings. It offers various free activities such as Aerobics, Line Dancing, Adults' Englsh Class and Guitar Class. The daily activities can be seen on this list.

The idea to establish TSNRA1 was mooted by Mr David Huang Hong Shi when he attended a couple of functions organised by the then Municipal Council of Penang Island at their housing estate back in 1999. Seeing that having a residents' association would benefit those staying in the neighbourhood, he shared the idea with a few of his neighbours, and ran it through with their state assemblyman, the Honourable Lim Chien Aun. A few meetings were held in Mr Hwang's house from Friday 23 May 1999, before registration and its inaugural meeting on 8 August 1999.

TSNRA publishes its own printed newsletters, bulletins and also has its own community blog.
