Developed by Sri Tunas Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Koperasi Tunas Muda Sungai Ara Berhad, Tamas Sri Tunas comprises landed houses, double-storey shoplots and apartment blocks. Most of the houses here are 1-storey and 2-storey terrace houses.
