Taman Terubong Indah (GPS: 5.36679, 100.27513) is a medium-cost apartment complex in Paya Terubong, Penang. It is best known as Majestic Heights. Taman Terubong Indah was built in two phases. Phase One comprises nine 23-storey blocks (Block 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 15, 17 and 19) that were completed in 2003 on leasehold land and obtained its certificate of fitness on 31 December, 2003. There is a total of 2,115 units here. Each unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a built-up area of 700 sqft.

Majestic Heights Phase 2A comprises 3 blocks (Taman Terubong Indah Blocks 21A, 21B and 21C). Construction stalled in 1998, after it was 90% completed. The project remain stalled until 2014, when the project was taken over by a new developer, PLB Land Sdn Bhd.
