Apart from Block 47, which is separated from the rest, most of the blocks of Taman Terubong Jaya are congregated together between Tingkat Paya Terubong 2 and Tingkat Paya Terubong 3. They range from low-rise blocks of 6 storeys, to high-rise ones of 16 storeys. The apartment complex is contiguous to Taman Paya Terubong.
