Tamarind Prawns, or A3sam3 Haeh2

, is one of the popular local dishes. You will find it to be a common accompanying dish with nasi lemak. This is our first attempt at making this dish, and I am delighted that it came out nicely.

Tamarind Prawns is a very easy dish to prepare. Mix your prawns with tamarind juice, salt and sugar. Heat the wok and then stir-fry until the tamarind juice dries up. The prawns are then ready to be served.
