Penang Tau Sah Pneah, is a famous Penang delicacy. It is a green bean fluffy-crust pastry that has become a popular take-home souvenir for visitors here. The tau sah pneah is also an ideal gift brought by Penang people whenever they visit friends in other states.

The ingredients of Tau Sah Pneah include wheat flour, sugar, green bean paste, fried onions, lard and salt. The pastry come in two different sizes - the small ones measuring 3.5 cm in diameter and packed into boxes of 16 or 32 pieces per box; and the big ones measuring approximately 6 cm in diameter and packed in rolls with rice paper.
