Terrace Bay Restaurant is the main restaurant at Copthorne Orchid Hotel Penang in Tanjung Bungah, Penang. It is located on the 7th floor of the hotel, one floor down from the lobby. The restaurant overlooks the hotel swimming pool, and has both indoor air-conditioned seating as well as outdoor alfresco seating.

Terrace Bay Restaurant is where the daily breakfast buffet is served to the guests every morning from 7:00 am to 10:30 am. The restaurant also serves a Nyonya Buffet on Saturday evenings.
