The 12 Waves at Batu Kawan Industrial Park, Penang (1 October 2020)
The 12 Waves (GPS: 5.22471, 100.43355) is a warehouse in the Batu Kawan Industrial Park, in Batu Kawan, Seberang Perai. It was built by PKT Logistics Group Sdn Bhd, it is one of the components of One Auto Hub, a 2 million square feet commercial development that would include The Ship Campus, The Lighthouse Lodge, The Automotive Boulevard, The Mangrove Walk, The Andaman Wharf and The Nature Walk.
The 12 Waves was opened on 18 August 2018. Costing RM120 million, this 650,000 square feet has been recognised by the Malaysia Book Of Records as the longest warehouse and biggest single-storey warehouse in the country.
