Indoor Observatory Deck is an observation deck on Level 65 of the Komtar Tower. It is one of the attractions within Window of The Top, which includes the Rainbow Skywalk and Outdoor Observatory Deck. The Indoor Observatory Deck offers panoramic views of George Town, including much of Penang Island as well as quite a lot of Penang Mainland. As it is located indoors, the Indoor Observatory Deck is air-conditioned, so visitors enjoy cool comfort and are sheltered from the elements the whole time.

Previously, Level 65 is the top floor of the Komtar Tower. But now, the tower has been made taller, to be 68 floors, where the new outdoor Observatory Deck is located.

Among the features of the Indoor Observatory Deck at Komtar is the glass floor. Visitors can start on the glass to view the ground 65 levels below them. It is not for the faint hearted, but for those who have the guts, the view is stupendous.

Pricing of The TOP Attractions

Package A: THE TOP All Park (Day Pass)
Package A offers you an all-inclusive ticket for visiting DanceOki, Magic Mirror Maze, 7D Discovery Motion Theater, Tongkat Ali King, Jurassic Research Centre, Musical Carousel, Ocean Explorer and Dragon Regatta (children only). Operating hours is 10:00am to 10:00pm. Ticket price is inclusive 6% GST.
RM150 Adult and RM100 Child, Dewasa sembilan-puluh-lapan ringgit dengan MyKad dan kanak-kanak lima puluh ringgit dengan MyKid.

Package B: Observatory Deck & Window of The TOP (Day Pass)
Package B offers you a visit to attractions that include the Rainbow Skywalk and Observatory Deck. Located on the 65th and 68th levels of Komtar, it also includes the Coco Cabana Bar & Bistro, the Pot of Gold, Lucky Horseshoe Chair and Upside Down Musical Orchestra. The ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase, and is good for a single visit with no time limitation throughout the opening hours which is 10:00am to 10:00pm. Ticket price is inclusive of 6% GST.
