Titi Teras is the name of one of the small villages in Balik Pulau. It is located off Jalan Sungai Pinang, between Air Putih and Kongsi. Formerly a quiet rural hamlet, Titi Teras is beginning to experience the pressures of urban development with housing development arriving there. The appearance of Titi Teras is expected to change over the next few years.

Jalan Titi Teras is one of the roads in the village, though Titi Teras itself has grown to include areas along Jalan Sungai Pinang.
