The TNB Lorong Kulit Customer Service Centre is one of the two customer service centres for Tenaga Nasional Berhad in George Town, Penang. Located along Lorong Kulit, the centre offers services such as payment of electricity bills and other utility bills. This is also where customers may apply for electricity supply, make enquiries on their bills, get advise on electrical fixtures and wiring, and seek information on the safe use of electricity.

The TNB Lorong Kulit Customer Service Centre is open Mondays to Fridays from 8:15 am to 5:00 pm. Billing enquiries can also be made on the phone by calling 1 300 88 5454.

Getting there

The nearest bus stop is on Dato Kramat Road. It is served by Rapid Penang bus 10, 102, 201, 202, 203, 204, 304 and 502.
