Review of Masakan Chef Shaikh Fauzi
My wife and I were so pleased to get a chance to try the Masakan Chef Shaikh Fauzi buffet. It is held at Top View Restaurant, which is on the 59th floor of Komtar Tower. At the buffet, I met up once again with Chef Teoh, the Executive Chef of The TOP and also Chef Shaikh Fauzi, the namesake of this buffet, who is also the Sous Chef there. We were ushered to our table, which is by the full-length window overlooking a stupendous view of Penang Island, by the F&B Captain, Mr Nazrin.
Masakan Chef Shaikh Fauzi offers a wide variety of Ramadan items, ranging from savoury dishes to kuih, grilled items, kerabu, acar, and various types of rice. Let me show you all the items we enjoyed.
