Bandar Putra Bertam (GPS: 5.51939, 100.4759) is a township in Kepala Batas, Seberang Perai. Located off Jalan Tun Hamdan Sheikh Tahir, it is being developed in phases by Hunza Properties.

Bandar Putra Bertam will eventually have 3,500 units of commercial and residential properties. These include cluster houses, 1-storey terrace, 2-storey terrace, 2-storey semi-detached houses and condo villas.

As part of the development, the township will include a hypermarket and other amenities.
