TreeO (GPS: 5.32555, 100.26148) is an affordable housing condominium project in Sungai Ara, Penang. It is developed by Hunza Group, and is the developer's "first affordable upscale development". TreeO comprises two 46-storey blocks, Tower A1 (390 affordable units) with parking lots from levels 1 to 12, and Tower A2 (390 affordable units) and one 43-storey block, Tower B (460 affordable units) with parking lots on levels 7 to 12.
