Turf Resort Penang (GPS: 5.41738, 100.30162) is an upscale homestay in the Brook Garden gated neighbourhood of George Town. Located on Jalan Brook, which was extended to provide it access, Turf Resort has 16 three-storey detached houses or villas of between 4 to 6 bedrooms. These villas can be rented out as whole units.

The villas at Turf Resort Penang are fully furnished and has wifi connectivity. The recurring theme in all the villas is horses and horse racing. Guests may park in their private porches. Some of these villas enjoy unblocked views of the Penang Turf Club.

Turf Resort Penang held an open house on 17 October, 2020. Guests were served canapé and given a tour of some of the houses that are available for short-term rental. A horse-draw carriage is used to give guests a joy ride in the grounds.
