Located on Jalan Brook, which was extended to provide it access, Turf Resort has 16 three-storey detached houses or villas of between 4 to 6 bedrooms. These villas can be rented out as whole units.

Turf Resort Penang held an open house on 17 October, 2020. Guests were served canapé and given a tour of some of the houses that are available for short-term rental. A horse-draw carriage is used to give guests a joy ride in the grounds.
