Udini Square (GPS: 5.37841, 100.3143) is a 3-storey retail building in the MetroEast-Udini neighbourhood of Gelugor, Penang. Previously called Midtown Mall and Pearl Piazza, it occupies the podium of the Pearl Regency Residences. The building has three levels of commercial space and a basement parking floor.

The ground floor is open for lease as a promotional space. The area is 3,300 sqft. It is connected to Tesco Penang and Vertiq Condominium by link bridges.
