Umi Sajian Melayu Tradisional is a traditonal Malay restaurant within
The TOP in Komtar, Penang. It is located on the 5th level, in front of the main concourse of The TOP. Umi is a two-storey restaurant. It has the main dining hall on the 5th floor, and a private dining area on the 5th floor.
At Umi, diners get to enjoy traditional Malay cuisine. The 6th floor, in particular, has been done up to resemble a Malay
kampong house, with wooden flooring, and decorations to evoke a festive mood in the village. To complete the scene, the walls are painted with murals depicting wide expanse of paddy fields ready for harvest.
