Uncle Zack By The Beach is a seaside restaurant at Parkroyal Penang Resort. It is named after a former employee of the hotel. I recently met up with the person who gave his name to this restaurant, and decided to do this write up, because the hotel is presently under renovation, after which this restaurant will merge with another eatery, Cool Banana, so I am not sure whether the name will be retained after that.
