Yeoh Cheang Seng Villa (GPS: 5.42529, 100.32586) is a historic mansion at No. 48 Northam Road in George Town, Penang. Its namesake was a wealthy tin miner with businesses as far away as Jakarta. Yeoh Cheang Seng Villa was designed by the architectural firm of Eren & Hogan in the Sino-Malay-Palladian style and completed in 1913.

Both Yeoh Cheang Seng and his wife Madam Khoo Soh Oo were devout Buddhists. Together they established the Poh Oo Toong Temple. After he passed away, Madam Khoo devoted the rest of her life as a Buddhist nun.

The Yeoh Cheang Seng passed on to several owners and was used for various purposes. At time of writing (August 2012), it houses the Penang branch of Despark Auto Academy.
