Yong Yi Yuen (GPS: 5.41345, 100.33514) is a guesthouse in George Town, Penang. It occupies a double-storey townhouse on Malay Street. The front door is flanked by rectangular windows with vertical metal bars, and topped with bat-shaped air-vents. Below the windows are decorative glazed dado tiles, often known locally as "Nyonya tiles".

Extending from the porch wall is the five-foot way, now finished with brown decorative floor tiles. The upper façade of Yong Yi Yuen comprises a moulded spandrel painted ochre and white, and topped with a row of wooden louvred shutters. Over these is a row of glass panels finished with a series of fixed louvres.

From Carnarvon Street, go down Malay Street until you arrive at Yong Yi Yuen Guesthouse on your right, before arriving at the junction of Fish Lane (Lorong Ikan).
